The cocktail you can prepare as you wish .... the more important that contains strawberry juice or orange-red color so as to give it a hyper-red.
The hand is nonsense to do .... Take latex gloves, fill them with water and a good amount of pure lemon juice and a little sugar.
Put the gloves in the freezer, allow it to freeze and when it's time to serve a drink you put the contents of the glove into the bowl of icy cocktails.
Because ice floats, the effect is fantastic ... it seems really a hand floating in the blood!!
